Construction of Gymnasium for Female, Public Digital Library, and Washroom in Loralai City

The Buildings, CW, PP&H Department District Loralai invites eligible bidders for the execution of multiple construction works for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Gymnasium for Female in Loralai City under Balochistan Special Development Initiative Phase III - Construction of Double Story Public Digital Library for Male & Female Students in Loralai City (Revenue Cost) - Construction of Washroom at GBMIDS Murtat, GBMIDS China Karim, GBMIDS Gormai, GGMIDD Dargai Khurd, GGPS Oryagai Kakaran, GGPS Mahole, Baloch Khan, GBMIDS Amir Khan Dhobi Ghat, District Loralai under Balochistan Special Development Initiative BSDI Phase III 2026-27 The scope includes civil construction works at various educational and community sites in Loralai city and district. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and have presence in the Active Tax Payer List. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required. Bid security of 3% of the bid value in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of 1,500 PKR issuance fee from the date of publication until 07 October 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 07 October 2026 for serial no 1 and 2, and 08 October 2026 for serial no 3 till 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same dates at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Ensure all required documents, including bid security and registration certificates, are complete to avoid disqualification.
