Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of black topped roads in the Hazara Division, specifically in Tor Ghar. This tender covers multiple road projects aimed at enhancing regional connectivity and infrastructure quality.

The technical scope includes civil works involving road widening, pavement concrete cement (PCC) application, and rehabilitation of existing black topped roads. The projects are to be executed as per work orders issued by the department. Contractors must ensure compliance with PEC registration categories C-4 & Above for the first two roads and C-6 & Above for the latter two roads. The work requires sound technical expertise, relevant experience, and financial stability. Bidders must submit valid PEC registration, C&W Department enlistment, NTN/Income Tax certificates, and demonstrate past performance and equipment capabilities.
