Construction Improvement Rehabilitation and Widening of BT Roads in Swat

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for multiple road construction and rehabilitation projects in Swat. These works are under the Single Stage Two Envelope E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) as per KPPRA Procurement rules 2014, amended up to 24-06-2025. Items being procured: - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Totano Bandai Urando Road 1.5 KM - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Sharifey Mandosa Road 2 KM - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Canal Road Majid Abad Town Ship 1.2 KM - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Aligrama Link Road 1.5 KM - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Sarkhazana Manja Road 1.5 KM - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Kotlai Melagah 1.5 KM - Construction of Highway Sub Division No-I & Construction of Highway Sub Division No-II The technical scope includes civil works for road widening, rehabilitation, and improvement of bituminous roads at various locations in Swat. The projects require PEC registration in category C-4 and above for some works and C-5 and above for others. Bid security in the form of CDR from local banks must be submitted electronically along with the e-bid. Original call deposit copies must be enclosed in the technical proposal. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013.
