The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of various BT roads in Malakand Division, Swat. The projects require PEC registration in category C-4 and above or C-5 and above depending on the lot, with relevant experience in road works. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required as per the specified amounts for each lot. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).
