The projects require PEC registration in categories C-4 and C-5 and above, with bid securities ranging from Rs. 797,000 to Rs. 1,440,500 depending on the project. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013 and submit earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a local bank.
