Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation and Widening of BT Roads in Malakand Division ADP

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, C&W Division No-I Swat at Saldu Sharif, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA Procurement rules 2014. The procurement is for construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of BT roads in Malakand Division under ADP No.1387/251389 (2025-26). The works are spread across various locations in Swat with different road sections and lengths. Items being procured: - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Shagai to Kokrai Road (1.5 KM) - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Tawheed Chowk to Amankot Chowk (3.5 KM) - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Gumbat Maira to Patanay Mingora (3 KM) - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Makan Bagh to Saidu Khona Cham Road (1.7 KM) - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road at Guligram Saidu Sharif (3 KM) - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Baab-E-Swat to Shamozai Chowk (2 KM) - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Amlook Dara to Gori Kand Road (1.5 KM) - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Shamozai Khazana Bypass (1.5 KM) - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Najigram Road (1.5 KM) - Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Zamarud Kann (1.5 KM) The technical scope includes civil works for road construction and widening, rehabilitation of existing bituminous roads, and improvement of road infrastructure in the Malakand Division. The project requires PEC registration in categories C-4 and C-5 and above, with bid securities ranging from Rs. 751,000 to Rs. 2,040,500 depending on the work package. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the EPADS system by the deadline of 28th July 2026 at 12:00 hours, with technical bids opening the same day at 14:00 hours. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in the required categories, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience in road construction and rehabilitation projects. Earnest Money in the form of CDR from local banks must be uploaded electronically along with the bid. Original CDR copies must be enclosed in the technical proposal. Qualification documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division No-I Swat during office hours upon payment of Rs. 2,500 non-refundable fee until 27th July 2026 at 17:00 hours. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division No-I Swat. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security CDR is correctly formatted and uploaded electronically as per instructions, and submit a detailed rate analysis if bidding more than 20% below the estimated cost to avoid rejection as non-responsive.
