Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible contractors to submit electronic bids for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of BT roads in Malakand Division. The projects are located in various areas of Swat and surrounding regions, with estimated costs ranging from Rs. 15.51 Million to Rs. 100 Million. Items being procured:

- Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation & Widening of BT Road from Tawheed Chowk to Amankot Chowk (3.5 KM)

The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works for road construction and widening, rehabilitation of existing bituminous roads, and improvement of road infrastructure to enhance connectivity in the Malakand Division. The projects require contractors with PEC registration in category C-4 and above for some works and C-5 and above for others. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required as bid security, with amounts specified per work ranging from Rs. 751,000 to Rs. 2,045,000.
The last date for submission of bids is **28th July 2026 at 12:00 hours**, with technical bids opening the same day at 14:00 hours. Bidders should upload their bids electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Original call deposit receipts must be enclosed in the technical proposal and delivered before the closing time. Qualification documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 2,500 by 27th July 2026 at 17:00 hours.
