Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation and Widening of BT Roads in Mardan Division

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and contractors to participate in the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of BT roads across various locations in Mardan Division. This tender covers multiple packages involving road works such as construction, rehabilitation, black topping, PCC roads, shingle, and other related civil works. Items being procured: - Construction of BT Road Jhanda - Construction/Rehabilitation of BT PCC, Shingle and Improvement of Road from Dalorie to Mangle Chai - Construction/Rehabilitation of Besak Road from Industrial State Road to Besak (Km) - Improvement of Mainai Shakarai Road (1.00 Km) - Construction/Rehabilitation of Dakai Sar Deval Road (1 Km) and Kotha Soganday Road (0.85 Km) - Improvement of Topi Matoona Road (1 Km) - Construction/Rehabilitation of Utla Village Road (1 Km) and Pikrarih to Gabai Road (1 Km) - Construction/Rehabilitation of Baghan to Sathkethar Road (3 Km) - Improvement and Repair of Bada to Dalori Road (0.50 Km) and Malak Abad Remaining Portion (0.50 Km) - Construction/Rehabilitation of roads from Main Topi Utla to Dewal Road (2 Km), Kotha Nawaz Abad Road (1.50 Km), Kudro Sogandih, Kala to Swabi Khas Road Grave Yard, Remaining Portion of Pabini Road, Gulshanabad Road, Maneri Payan Bazar, Ziarth Pul to Beena Maira Road, Beautification of Topi Kunda Road, PCC Road PMC to Zargran House Lahore Village Road, Black Topping Jamil Banda Road, PCC Road Sher Afzal Banda Road, PCC Road Islam Banda Kunda Mira, PCC Road Zaida Janazgah Road, Black Topping Gar Yousafi Road, Construction/Rehabilitation of Main Dodher Road & Madrasa Road including Branch Road, Saidano Road & PCC Street Pavement at UC Dodher, Mula Kheel Road & Thandkoi Lar & Tower Lar, Dhand Lar & Lalo Khel & New Cham Lar, Garai Cham Lar & New Qasam Khel Lar, Derai Shah to Shah Mansoor Canal, PCC Road at UC Shah Mansoor, PCC Road at Gohati Mansoor Abad Kili. The technical scope includes comprehensive road works involving bituminous treatment, PCC pavement, shingle application, and road widening. The works are to be executed as per approved designs and standards under the ADP No.1378/251393 for the financial year 2025-26. The site locations are spread across Mardan Division, requiring contractors to have relevant experience in road construction and rehabilitation. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013, possess the relevant PEC category for road works (C-4, C-5, C-6 as per package), and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and an affidavit affirming the authenticity of the CDR in the financial bid. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the EPADS system. The tender fee of Rs.3000/- (non-refundable) must be paid before the closing date. The last date for submission is **27-07-2026** by 12:00 PM, with bid opening at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Swabi-I. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10-07-2026 at the same office. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical proposal is complete with all required documents and the affidavit on stamp paper is included in the technical bid. Missing this affidavit will render your bid non-responsive and disqualified from evaluation. Also, carefully review the BOQ and engineer's estimate as bidding will be on an Above/Below system based on MRS applicable rates.
