Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation and Widening of BT Roads in Malakand Division

The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of various Bituminous (BT) roads in Malakand Division, specifically under ADP No.1387/251389 for the financial year 2025-26. The projects are located in Swat and surrounding areas, with a total estimated cost of approximately **PKR 307.86 million**. This tender is issued by the C&W Division No-I Swat at Saidu Sharif. The projects require adherence to quality standards and timely completion as per work orders. Bidders must be registered contractors with PEC category C-5 or above and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013. Experience in similar road works and valid FBR/ATL registration is mandatory. Bidders should submit their bids electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by **23rd July 2026 at 12:00 hours**. The financial bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours at the Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division No-I Swat at Saidu Sharif. Earnest money in the form of CDR as specified must accompany the bid. If a bid is more than 20% below the estimated cost, a detailed rate analysis must be submitted or the bid may be rejected.
