Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Kohistan Upper invites bids for the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of BT roads under ADP No. 1393/251395 (2025-26). This tender covers multiple packages within District Kohistan Upper, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement is aimed at enhancing road infrastructure to improve connectivity and transportation efficiency in the region.

Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in category C-4 or above, registration with the C&W Department, NTN/Income Tax certificates, and relevant experience in similar road construction projects within the last five years. Compliance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014 and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration is mandatory.
