Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation and Widening of BT Roads in Hazara Division Kohistan Lower

The Communication and Works Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and contractors to participate in the construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of BT roads in the Hazara Division, specifically in the Kohistan Lower area. Items being procured: - Package No.1: Construction of Shingle Road from Dubair Village to Gaya, Construction of Faqeerabad Sigugui link road Gabbar Jijal, Construction of Ghaniabad Sigugui link road Gabbar Jijal, Construction of Shingle Road Dabbar Bankhad, Construction/Rehabilitation/Improvement and widening of Khokyal Road Jijal - Package No.2: Construction/Rehabilitation/Improvement and widening of Semo Darra Road, Construction of Shingle Road Sheeshal to Phagil, Construction/Rehabilitation/Improvement and widening of Muslim Bagh Road Pattan - Package No.3: Construction and extension of Datra Darra Road Phase 2, Construction and extension of Harigah Kayal Road, Construction/Rehabilitation/Improvement and widening of Kawai Road, Construction/Rehabilitation/Improvement and widening of old KKH to Pallas Bridge Road The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works involving road construction, rehabilitation, and widening using bituminous treatment (BT) methods. The projects require adherence to PEC category C-4 standards and compliance with KPPRA procurement rules 2014. The work will be executed as per work orders issued by the department. Bidders must submit bid security as per the specified percentages of the engineer’s estimate and provide earnest money in the form of a tender fee. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope system on the E-PAD platform, ensuring transparency and efficiency. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in category C-4, FBR registration, and relevant experience in similar road construction projects. Bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with all financial and technical requirements outlined in the bidding documents.
