Construction, Improvement, Rehabilitation and Widening of BT Roads in Mardan including Special Repair in Pedestrian Suspension Bridge Kas Korona Over River Kalpani and Construction & Rehabilitation of Parao Madi Baba Road District Mardan

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of bituminous roads in Mardan. The works include two main projects: - Construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of BT roads in Mardan - Special repair in Pedestrian Suspension Bridge Kas Korona over River Kalpani District Mardan (2nd Time) - Construction and rehabilitation of Parao Madi Baba Road District Mardan (2nd Time) The projects require experienced contractors with PEC category C-6 & Above (CE-02) for the first work and C-5 & Above for the second. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of CDR along with their electronic bids on the E-PAD system. The financial bid will be opened only after approval of the technical bids by the competent authority. Bidding documents can be obtained from the procuring entity upon submission of a printing fee of Rs. 5,000 during working hours. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Mall Road Mardan. The deadline for submission of bids is 10-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial bids opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Interested bidders should ensure registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and be on the active taxpayer list. A pre-bid meeting for floated works will be held on 04/09/2026. This tender follows the KP Public Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 15/09/2021, under a single stage two envelope procedure.
