Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for construction, improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of various blacktop roads in Malakand Division, specifically in Matta. This tender is issued by the C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta and follows the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date with Single Stage Two Envelop procedure.

The scope includes civil works for road construction and widening, rehabilitation, and retaining wall construction. The roads are blacktop (B/T) and the work involves improvement and widening to enhance connectivity in the Malakand Division. The project requires PEC registration C-4 and above for most works, with some requiring C-5 and above. Bid security amounts range from Rs. 600,000 to Rs. 2,000,000 depending on the work package.
Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) by 20 August 2026 at 12:00 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened within 14 days after approval of technical bids. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013 and comply with KPPRA regulations.
