Repair and Maintenance Works of Buildings at POF Havelian Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) invites applications for prequalification from firms and contractors for repair and maintenance works of buildings in the estate area at POF Havelian Cantt. The works include: - Repair / Maintenance of Single Tiling of Brick or PCC in Roofs of Buildings in Estate Area - Rectification of Leakage of Officers Club in Estate Area - Rectification of Leakage of Guest House and Welfare Club in Estate Area - Rectification of Leakage / Seepage of Single Men Barracks in Estate Area - Term Contract for Plumbing and Sanitary works of Buildings in Estate Area - Repair / Maintenance and Plumbing / Sanitary Miscellaneous work of Bungalow No. B-01, C-11, D-38, D-50, D-51, D-77 & D-79 (Flat) in Estate Area These works are to be carried out at POF Havelian Cantt, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Contractors must submit applications to the Manager – Civil POF Havelian Cantt by 17-10-2026 to obtain tender documents. Only firms listed in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax are eligible. Applicants must provide partnership deed or firm registration certificate, affidavit of no blacklisting, income tax and professional tax certificates showing 100% active status, Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant field, and bank statements for the last two years. Separate applications can be submitted for each work. Earnest money at 2% of contract amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Manager – Civil POF Havelian is required. No tender will be accepted without earnest money. Tenders will be received at the Bid Centre (Rabta Hall) by 10:30 AM on 20-10-2026 and opened at 11:00 AM the same day. In case of public holiday or emergency, tenders will be received and opened on the next working day at the same times. Manager – Civil POF Havelian reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance. Contractors already working with POFs need only furnish particulars of works in hand outside POFs with client addresses.
