Karachi Port Trust (KPT) invites E-Tenders under PPRA Rule 27 (b) Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from bidders registered with Government, Semi Government Departments, Organizations or reputable clients for the construction of Jamia Masjid Noor at Plot No. B-12, Boat Building Yard West Wharf, Karachi. The scope of work includes construction of Masjid at Ground Floor using Pre-cast Slab Roof System with provision of Iman room, Store, Wash Rooms and other allied facilities. The work also involves construction of Boundary Wall, Minrate, Dome, Overhead / Underground Tank, Septic Tank, Soakage Pit, Sewerage Line, and all necessary Electrification Works including Painting and Coloring Work. Items being procured: - Construction of Masjid at Ground Floor with Pre-cast Slab Roof System - Iman Room - Store - Wash Rooms - Boundary Wall - Minrate - Dome - Overhead / Underground Tank - Septic Tank - Soakage Pit - Sewerage Line - Electrification Works including Painting / Coloring Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 and Specialized Category CE-10 valid on tender opening date. Registration on E-PADS (Version 2.0) portal is mandatory for bid submission. Tender documents are available at KPT, PPRA & MOMA websites. Bid Security amount of Rs. 0.9 Million (Refundable) in form of Pay Order favoring Chief Accounts Officer KPT is required along with a non-refundable Tender Fee of Rs. 5,000. Latest valid NTN, SRB Certificates, fresh ATL, updated company profile, valid PEC registration, and affidavit regarding tax and litigation status must be submitted. Audited financial statements showing minimum turnover of Rs. 30 million on average for last three years are required. Bids inclusive of all applicable government taxes must be quoted. Bids will be opened on E-PADS portal in the Committee Room of Civil Works / Engineering Department, 2nd Floor, KPT Head Office Building, Karachi. The submission deadline is 15-12-2026 with receipt at 1030 Hrs and opening at 1100 Hrs. Bidders should carefully read all instructions and ensure compliance with eligibility criteria.
