Construction of Lawyers Shed, Lift and Cabin Shops at Judicial Complex Hangu

Contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and with KPRA. A contractor without PEC code C6/ME03 for this work will be disqualified. The bid security is **Rs. 400,000** representing 2% of the estimated cost, submitted in CDR form. The non-refundable bidding entry fee is **Rs. 5,400**, stated as 0.03% of cost, also payable through CDR. Additional security requirements apply where a bid is more than 10% below the Engineer Estimate, including 8% additional security for bids more than 10% and up to 20% below, while bids more than 20% below require differential security and detailed rate analysis.
