Construction and Renovation Works in District Kalat

The Executive Engineer (Building), Communication Works, Physical Planning and Housing Department, District Kalat, Government of Balochistan, invites eligible contractors to submit bids for execution of building construction, boundary wall, medical facility, school and renovation works during 2026. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and composite schedule rates 2018 on percentage rates. The complete lot list is: 1. Construction of labour room with attached washroom at MCH Goam Kalat, estimated cost **PKR 4,453,663**; 2. Construction of labour room with attached washroom and renovation at MCH Chashma Kalat, **PKR 5,500,043**; 3. Construction of boundary wall at Government Girls Degree College Kalat City, **PKR 7,199,778**; 4. Construction of new medicine store and raising of boundary wall at DHO Office Kalat, **PKR 14,499,174**; 5. Construction of 03 class rooms and 02 washrooms at Government Middle School Micro Aziz Abad, **PKR 6,000,204**; 6. Construction of new medicine store, pharmacist office and vaccination room at DHQ Kalat, **PKR 14,249,588**; 7. Construction of boundary wall at Government Girls Degree College Kalat City, **PKR 7,199,778**; and 8. Repair and renovation of GBHS Chatti Kalat, **PKR 2,999,613**. Bidders must obtain the bidding documents from www.bppra.gob.pk free of cost or from the office of the undersigned after payment of the prescribed tender fee. A tender fee of **PKR 1,000** and bid security equal to **2 percent for each work** are required. Eligibility conditions are available in the bidding documents; bidders should ensure active registration with the BPPRA electronic public procurement system and applicable tax compliance, including ATL status. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Executive Engineer, Building, CW, PP&H Department, District Kalat, at the C&W Kalat office, by **21 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids will be opened at **12:00 PM** on the same date.
