The Military Engineer Services Islamabad invites applications along with all credentials for prequalification of firms and contractors for various works under the GE (N) Maint Isld. The scope includes replacement of external electrical cable, bus bar and meter box, external water supply line at C type block no. 9, 10 & 11 street no. 20 – A. Renovation of kitchen and bathroom at block no. 19 & 20 street no. 34. Abnormal works in different locations under B&R-I, B&R-II, E&M Sub Division. Miscellaneous repair and maintenance works in different locations under B&R-I, B&R-II, E&M Sub Division. Minor works in different locations under B&R-I, B&R-II, E&M Sub Division. Term contracts of different zones in different locations under B&R-I, B&R-II, E&M Sub Division. Repair and maintenance of furniture items in different locations under F&S Sub Division. Provision of furniture items in different locations under F&S Sub Division. DC works in different locations under B&R-I, B&R-II Sub Division. Repair and replacement of rock wall outer sides at different locations in Islamabad. The contractors must have experience with similar works and provide a list of moveable and immoveable assets, personnel, machinery, bank statement, GST registration, NTN certificate, and must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with renewal for the financial year 2026-27. Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from GE (N) Maint Isld, Sector E-8 Islamabad. Applications must be received by 06 October 2026 at 1130 hours and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours.
