Construction and Laying of Main Road, Link Road and Water Supply Pipe in Ghizer

The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, through the Office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division GB C&WD Ghizer, invites contractors and firms (Category 6 and above) to submit tenders for important infrastructure works in Ghizer district. The tenders are open for three specific projects: - Construction and Improvement of Main Road Daman Shergallah (Estimated Cost: PKR 4,894,760) - Construction of Link Road for Abdul Aman Fund at Shamal Phander Ghizer (Estimated Cost: PKR 9,037,790) - Laying of Main Water Supply Pipe at Singul Thangdass (Estimated Cost: PKR 7,791,621) Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon submission of tender form fee through treasury challan as per terms and conditions. Original departmental No Liability and No Risk certificate issued by the Chief Engineer C&WD is required. Original receipt of Communication & Works Department for financial year 2026-2027 must be provided. Production of original CNIC and attested copies is mandatory. Only project-specific power of attorney on behalf of CEO/MD/Director of firm is accepted if provided on judicial stamp paper duly signed and stamped by 1st Class Magistrate. Earnest Money must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD Ghizer from any scheduled bank. The tender opening dates and venues are as follows: - Main Road Daman Shergallah: 11 November 2026 at 11:30 AM, B&R office Ghizer - Link Road Abdul Aman Fund: 11 November 2026 at 12:30 PM, B&R office Ghizer - Water Supply Pipe Singul Thangdass: 11 November 2026 at 1:30 PM, B&R office Ghizer Tenders will not be accepted from contractors who already have two development works in hand.
