EOI for Rented Building and Facilities for VU Campus at Pattoki

The Virtual University of Pakistan invites sealed proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal for the Expression of Interest (EOI) regarding rented building and facilities required for the VU Campus at Pattoki (GEN). Items being procured: - Rented Building - Facilities for VU Campus at Pattoki This procurement is aimed at securing suitable premises and associated facilities to support the academic and administrative functions of the Virtual University campus in Pattoki. The scope includes provision of adequate space, infrastructure, and amenities to meet the university's operational requirements. Interested firms or individuals must be registered with tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 and also provide a physical hard copy of the sealed bid along with the original Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents. The bid security must be drawn in favor of the Virtual University of Pakistan. The tender fee is Rs. 1,000. The bid receiving time is 02:30 pm and the opening time is 03:00 pm on November 20, 2026. The complete tendering process will be conducted through EPADS v2.0, and bids submitted through any other mode will not be considered.
