Military Engineering Services Karachi invites sealed bids for various construction and maintenance works as detailed in the tender notice. Contractors must provide details of works executed during the last five years, agency details, amount of work, time allowed, actual completion date, and progress percentage. Departmental performance reports signed by the Divisional Engineer/XEN are also required. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, experience in similar works, and provision of earnest money as specified in the tender documents. Bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The deadline for submission of bids is 18 September 2026 at 1200 hours, and bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the MES Karachi office.
