Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2026-27, along with up-to-date registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). The procurement is under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) on a single stage – single envelope basis in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 as amended. Singh - Maintenance & Repair of Control House Building at 132KV Grid Station Bhabra - Maintenance & Repair of Control House Building at 66KV Grid Station Musa Khel - Maintenance & Repair of Control House Building at 132KV Grid Station Bhalwal - Construction of Sub Division office AET & P&I at 132KV Grid Station Mianwali - Up-Gradation of Water Supply & Sewerage System at 132KV Grid Station Sammundari - Construction of Boundary Wall at 132KV Grid Station VAC - Maintenance & Repair of Residential Quarters at 132KV Grid Station Agriculture University Faisalabad - Re-Construction of Boundary Wall at 132KV Grid Station Tariqabad - Construction of Parking Shed at SS&T Division Office Mianwali - Maintenance & Repair of Control House Building at 132KV Grid Station Bhagtan Wala The scope includes construction and maintenance works at various 132KV grid stations and related facilities in Faisalabad and surrounding areas. Contractors must have PEC registration with specialization code CE-10 and meet the required turnover and experience criteria. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), provide income tax returns for the last three years, and submit valid sales tax registration with PRA. Bid security of 5% of the BOQ cost is required in the form of a CDR in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Works Division-II FESCO Faisalabad. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 by 03-11-2026 up to 11:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
