The National Grid Company of Pakistan (General Manager Asset Management National Grid Company (NGC-North)) invites bids for the major repair, maintenance, and overhauling of a crane with 25 tons capacity bearing registration number QYB-25 (Model 1985) located at the 500kV Grid Station NGC New Lahore (South), situated at 49 KM Multan Road, Phool Nagar, Pattoki, Kasur District, Punjab. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The work will be executed at the specified grid station site with a completion period of 45 days from commencement. Eligible bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience with two to three similar assignments involving crane or heavy vehicle repair, maintenance, overhauling, or fabrication. At least one assignment should have a contract value of not less than PKR 3 million. Bidders must have their own workshop facility and provide documentary evidence of past work experience, performance certificates, and valid tax registrations. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, November 6, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Demand Draft or a bid securing declaration is required as per bidding documents.
