Bidders must be registered with GST, Income Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board and not blacklisted. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required. The contract includes a 60-day completion period with penalties for delay. Payment will be made in stages based on verified progress with retention money withheld and released after six months of satisfactory completion.
