Construction and Maintenance Works Including Water Supply and Electrical Installations for Pakistan Navy Sites

Pakistan Navy is inviting bids for a comprehensive range of construction, maintenance, and supply works at various naval sites including RDS Mianwali, PNS Qasim, ONH JNB Ormara, LSS Liaquat Creeks, Marine Canal Post, BN Younisbad, PNS Makran, and 31st Creeks BN. The procurement covers diverse works such as construction of a room with store and washroom for a gym, abnormal repair and maintenance of wardroom and BOQs, installation of 11 KVA battery charging points, completion of men barrack works, provision of access roads with bunkers and solar lights, embankment construction with walking track, installation of exhaust hood at ship's galley, water seepage treatment, and supply of fresh water through bowzers to multiple naval units. Items being procured: - Construction of 01 room with store and washroom with complete fitting/fixtures for gym at RDS Mianwali - Abnormal repair/maintenance works of wardroom and BOQs at PNS Qasim - Installation of 11 KVA battery charging points (up to 750 V, 3600 Amp, 2700 KW input supply) at south wharf ONH JNB Ormara - Completion of leftover work of 32 men barrack at LSS Liaquat Creeks area - Provision of 330 ft access road with 6.5 ft top width and 4.5 ft height including 04 bunkers and 09 solar lights with poles at Marine Canal Post - Provision of embankment (125 ft x 125 ft) with 6.5 ft wide walking track and 4.5 ft height at Marine Canal Post - Provision and installation of exhaust hood with accessories at ship's galley 2nd FP BN Younisbad - Water seepage treatment of wardroom and Iqbal barrack at PNS Makran - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to MTC (Professional Classes) at PNS Qasim - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to PNS Qasim Ship's Coy (Marines + Civilian) - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to LSS Ghani at 31st Creeks BN - Supply of fresh water through bowzers for troops to 31st Creeks BN HQ (A Coy) - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to BN HQ 32nd Creeks - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to HQ 102 FP BDE & LSS Dakota at PNS Qasim - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to JMICC and senior officer MESS at PNS Qasim The technical scope involves civil construction, electrical installations including battery charging points and solar lighting, mechanical works such as exhaust hood installation, and water supply logistics through bowzers.
