Tender Description
The University of the Punjab invites bids from interested manufacturers, authorized and sole distributors, contractors, and suppliers registered with GST, PST & NTN for the procurement and installation of a Padel Court at Hailey College of Banking & Finance in Lahore. Items being procured:

This tender is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) on a single stage two envelope basis. Bidders must submit their bids exclusively online via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. No physical financial instruments such as CDR or Bank Guarantees will be accepted. The bid security required is Rs.351,000.
The scope includes full procurement and installation of the Padel Court, meeting all technical and quality standards as per the bidding documents. Interested bidders should be registered with the relevant tax authorities and comply with all regulatory requirements.
