Construction of Masjid in Sector-III Block-A Phase-XI Rahbar DHA Lahore

Defence Housing Authority Lahore is inviting bids for the construction of a Masjid in Sector-III, Block-A, Phase-XI (Rahbar) Lahore. This project involves comprehensive civil works including the building structure, public health system, electrical installations, fire alarm system, CCTV, HVAC, and public address system. The project duration is 18 months, reflecting a significant scale and complexity suitable for experienced contractors. Eligible bidders must be registered with DHA Lahore and possess a valid PEC license for the year 2025/2026 in category C-4 or above, with specialization codes CE-9 and CE-10. Firms should demonstrate relevant experience in similar works completed within the last three years, supported by work orders, completion certificates, and other relevant documents. Additionally, NTN registration, active tax payer status, and a clean litigation and bank account maintenance record are mandatory. Bidding documents are available from 30 June 2026 to 13 July 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 10,000. Sealed bids, including one original and two copies, must be submitted by 14 July 2026 at 1100 hours to the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex, Sector-A, Phase-VI, DHA Lahore. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders’ authorized representatives. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank is required. Bidders should ensure their quoted amount does not exceed their PEC financial limits to avoid disqualification. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the same venue as per tender documents. DHA Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
