Construction of Masjid in Sector-Q Phase-VII DHA Lahore

Defence Housing Authority Lahore is procuring construction services for a Masjid in Sector-Q Phase-VII, Lahore. This project involves comprehensive civil works including public health systems, electrical installations, fire alarm systems, CCTV, HVAC, and public address system works. The contract duration is 18 months, reflecting a significant scale and complexity suitable for experienced contractors. Eligible bidders must be registered with DHA Lahore and possess a valid PEC license for the year 2025/2026 in category C-4 or above, with specialization codes CE-9 and CE-10. Firms should demonstrate relevant experience with similar projects and provide proof of work execution within the last three years. Additionally, NTN registration, active tax payer status, no litigation certificates, and bank account maintenance certificates are mandatory. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:40 hours in the presence of bidders’ authorized representatives. Earnest Money in the form of 2% bid security via CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee is required.
