Construction of Water Supply/Pipe at Hunza (Improvement of Water Supply at Nasirabad Hunza) and Metallurg/Re-carpeting of Road from Hussaini Jant Khan to Middle School and Construction of Water Tank at School Gojal Hunza

The Communication & Works Department Gilgit-Baltistan, B&R Division Hunza invites sealed tenders under Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure for works from eligible Firms/Contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 & above for the FY 2026-27 in Hunza. Items being procured: - Construction of water supply/pipe at Hunza (Improvement of water supply at Nasirabad Hunza) with estimated cost Rs. 7,587,578/- - Metallurg/Re-carpeting of road from Hussaini Jant Khan to Middle School and construction of water tank at school Gojal Hunza with estimated cost Rs. 2,982,274/- The works involve civil construction and metallurgical road re-carpeting in mountainous terrain requiring PEC Category C6 or above. Bidders must provide bid security in shape of CDR from scheduled bank and submit renewal fee receipt of C&W for FY 2026-27 along with CNIC and valid PEC registration. No sick scheme or litigation certificates are required. Bids must be accompanied by security/earnest money as indicated. Bids must be delivered to the office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division Hunza on or before the closing date and time. Bids will be opened on the same day in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The tender process follows strict PPRA rules including rejection of bids with rates lower than 25% below estimate and bidders quoting rates below 15% of estimate must provide additional performance guarantee. Power of Attorney must be submitted on judicial stamp paper if bidding through representatives.
