Restructuring and Renovation of C3A Offices at NUST H-12, Islamabad

The Works Directorate of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the restructuring and renovation of C3A Offices located at NUST Sector H-12, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Taking down partitions, framing, cupboard front, wall panelling and similar woodwork - Supply and fixing aluminium swing doors, door handles, tower bolts, door closers, and locks - Distempering and painting works including surface preparation and putty application - Cement plastering and laying artificial wooden/laminated tiles - Cleaning and chemical polishing of terrazzo and marble floors - Supply and fixing tinted sheet glass, plate glass partitions/doors, tempered glass, frosted paper on glass - Supply and fixing standard quality tiles and dry partition cement boards - Sealing of gaps around sheds and windows with elastomeric polyurethane sealant - Electrical works including fan points, LED strip lights, recessed panel lights, socket outlets, wall bracket fans, fan electric with copper winding, multi socket light plugs, gang power sockets, fan speed controllers, wiring in conduit, MCCBs, and meter fixing - HVAC works including supply and installation of wall mounted split AC inverter type 1.5 Ton units, shifting of old ACs, installation of extra copper piping, drain piping, and dura duct covering The scope covers civil, electrical, and HVAC works at the NUST campus. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid PEC registration, and submit a 2% bid security along with a Rs 3,000 tender fee. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal to participate. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on November 25, 2026, at NUST Sector H-12, and bid submission deadline on December 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM via EPADS v2.0. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM.
