The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications along with credentials for pre-qualification of firms and contractors by HQ DW&CE (DP) near Gate No.7, GHQ Rawalpindi. This tender concerns various construction and miscellaneous works at HIT Taxila Cantt and PAC Kamra, Rawalpindi. The works include construction of sheds, design centre, pre-fab sheds for warehouses, foundations for machines, rehabilitation of RFT bays, RCC foundations for hangars, electrical works, security installations, garages, parking sheds, and overhead crane provision. Items being procured: - Construction of Shed 50 x 80 Ft (filling Shed) at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of Design Centre at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of Pre-Fab Shed (size 320 ft x 35 ft) for Warehouse of 2/3 Wheel Vehicles at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of Foundation for K1 & K4 machine at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of Foundation for K2 & K3 machine at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of Foundation for CNC Deep hole boring machine at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of Foundation of vertical milling machine at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of Foundation for Honing machine at HIT Taxila Cantt - Rehabilitation/Renovation of RFT (6 x bays) at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of 05 x RCC Foundation for K-8 Hangar AMF Tech Area PAC Kamra - Dual Source & Rectifier Connection of CP Shop at HIT Taxila Cantt - Provision of Internal Electric Works side rooms of Shop 3 at HIT Taxila Cantt - Installation of Security including electric iron poles & cables on complete boundary wall of HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of 1 x Block (BOQs), Garages & External Services, parking sheds at HIT Taxila Cantt - Uplifting of ZO Kci - Construction of 03 x RCC Foundation at Building No.110 AMF Tech Area PAC Kamra - Provision of Overhead Crane at Engine Hangar Technical Area MRF PAC Kamra The scope covers civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works at the specified sites. Firms must be registered with PEC in relevant categories C-2, C-3, C-4, or C-5 with validity up to June 2026. Preference will be given to firms enlisted with MES in categories A, B, or C. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi is required. No outstanding DI&E recoveries or special reports should exist. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi by 1130 hours on 02 October 2026. Opening will be at 1200 hours the same day. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting office reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PRA rules 2004.
