Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department, 8th Buildings Division, Lahore invites bids for the construction of MNHC Gulberg Zone Mushtaq Ahmed Gurmani Road Lahore. This tender is based on item rates on approved DNIT and is open to contractors/firms enlisted or renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category and specialization code. The contractor must produce the original PEC License with the required specialization codes; those without the relevant codes will not be entertained further.
The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) framework. Interested applicants and constructors must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules without justification.
