Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites E-Bids v2.0 from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the Year 2025-26 along with up-to-date registration active on PRA on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis under single stage – single envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 amended up to date. Items being procured: - Construction of Pole Pile Foundations for Upraising of 66KV (Sammundri Road to OTP) and 132KV (220KV Jaranwala Road – GTPS) D/C T/Lines within the Metro Bus Project Corridor Jaranwala Road (Deposit Work) - Construction of Pole Pile Foundations for Upraising of 132KV (220KV Jaranwala Road to Scarp, Satiana) D/C T/Lines within the Metro Bus Project Corridor Jaranwala Road (Deposit Work) The technical scope includes use of SR Cement, concrete from premix concrete plant through transit mixer, auger drilling machine for drilling/boring with minimum capacity 150-300KN.m, and concrete poured by treime method and overhead levels with concrete pump. Customized form work for cap/pile up to required level is required. The work site is within the Metro Bus Project Corridor Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad. The contractor must follow site conditions and drawings issued by Director North (C&S Engg) NGC Lahore vide letter no 3734-36 dated 13-08-2026. Eligibility requires PEC registration renewed for year 2026-27 with specialization code CE-10 & CE-02, identity card of contractor/managing partner/director, completion of at least two contracts of similar nature with 40% minimum consolidated value awarded by WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs, active tax payer list (ATL) status with income tax returns for last three years, registration for sales tax with Punjab Revenue Authority, and average annual turnover half of the estimated cost. Bid security of 5% of BOQ amount in favor of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad is mandatory. Bids must be submitted one day before opening date to the office of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. Bids will be opened at the same office on 25-09-2026 at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM respectively. Tender documents must be signed and stamped with a certificate mentioning the number of pages. In case of government holiday, the tender will be opened next working day at the same time and venue.
