Tender Description
District Council Hafizabad invites E-bids from eligible, well reputed and financially sound firms, contractors, and companies registered on Punjab E-Procurement with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax where applicable. The procurement is for the construction of a Nallah from Masjid to Saim Nallah Village Chak Molo Hafizabad under the Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027.

The project requires firms to have a valid PEC license in the relevant category and attach it with the bid. Bidders must also provide valid income tax certificates and active status with FBR and PRA. A fresh affidavit confirming the bidder is not blacklisted by PPRA or currently in litigation must be attached.
