Tender Description
The Deputy Conservator of Forests, Rawalpindi North Forest Division invites experienced firms and contractors registered with FBR, PRA & PEC for the repair and maintenance works and construction in forest compartments/sites in Potohar region, specifically Murree and Kahuta. The procurement involves multiple lots covering repair/maintenance of truck, jeep, and bridal paths, inspection/fire paths, construction of water tanks, and water harvesting pits.
Items being procured:
- Lot 1: Repair/Maintenance of Truck/Jeep/Bridal Path (242 miles total) including clearance of vegetation and repair at specified mileages across Kotti, Lehtrar, Karor, Kallar, Kahuta Sub Divisions and Panjar Range.
- Lot 2: Repair/Maintenance of Inspection/Fire Path (375 miles total) including clearance and repair across the same subdivisions.
- Lot 3: Construction of Water Tanks (20 Nos) distributed among Kallar, Lehtrar, Karor, Kotti, Kahuta Sub Divisions and Panjar Forest Range.
- Lot 4: Construction of Water Harvesting Pits (10 Nos) in Kallar, Karor Sub Divisions and Panjar Forest Range.
The works include site-specific civil and maintenance tasks with flexibility for site target adjustments. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and provide a scanned bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of PSID. The original bid security must be delivered to the Deputy Conservator of Forests office before bid closing. The contract completion timeline is within the financial year 2026-27.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. The bid submission deadline is 17th October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules-35. Payment will be made after completion and verification of work. Contractors must upload CDR for low offered rates and provide quarterly drone video reports.
