Construction of New Admin Building, 4x Toilets & M&R of Operational Building (Niaz Shaheed & Mehmood Booti)

Punjab Ring Road Authority (PRRA) invites experienced firms, companies, or sole proprietors to participate in the construction of a new administrative building, including 4 toilets and maintenance & repair (M&R) of the operational building at Niaz Shaheed and Mehmood Booti in Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab E-tendering system under the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. Items being procured: - Construction of New Admin Building - 4x Toilets - Maintenance & Repair of Operational Building (Niaz Shaheed & Mehmood Booti) The project involves civil construction works with an estimated cost of Rs. 86.168 million including applicable taxes.
