Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt is inviting applications from pre-qualified contractors and firms for a range of civil works projects at Wah Cantt and Dte.-A Somniani. The works are to be executed under the supervision of the Director Civil Works, and the notice is open to eligible PEC-registered firms in the relevant categories. Items being procured: - Civil Works of Neutralization Tanks / Pits at Deptt-T Wah Cantt (PEC C-5) - Construction of Boundary Wall around POF Tech Area at Dte.-A Somniani (PEC C-5) - Construction of 01 x Tube well for Residential Area at Dte.-A Somniani (PEC C-5) - Refurbishment of Picrite Plant at Factory-F (PEC C-5) - Construction of Approach Road and Miscellaneous Civil Works of Building at Factory-I Wah (PEC C-5) - Construction of Record Room at Dte.-L Wah Cantt (PEC C-5) - Construction of Magazine at Factory-C (PEC C-4) - Civil Works at Shop and Go-down at Deptt-T Wah Cantt (PEC C-5) - Construction of 125 MM TK Gun Platform at Dte.-A Somniani (PEC C-5) The technical scope covers a diverse set of civil engineering tasks, including new construction, refurbishment, and infrastructure upgrades at multiple POF sites. All works require the relevant PEC category as specified for each lot. Interested bidders must ensure they are pre-qualified and meet all eligibility criteria, including valid PEC registration in the required category (C-4 or C-5 as per item), and compliance with POF and PPRA procurement rules. Tenders must be submitted to the office of Director Civil Works, Quaid Avenue, POFs Wah Cantt, by 1030 hrs on 14-11-2026. The opening of bids will take place at 1100 hrs on the same day.
