Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Renovation and Repair/Maintenance of Building, Civil, Electric and Sanitation Works for Year 2026-27

The Postmaster General Southern Punjab Circle Multan invites pre-qualification bids from contractors and firms for the renovation, repair, and maintenance of building, civil, electric, and sanitation works for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to experienced contractors/firms who are interested in executing works at various Pakistan Post facilities within Multan and the Southern Punjab region. All interested parties must submit their electronic bids using the EPADS portal on or before 26-10-2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. The electronic bids will be opened on 27-10-2026 at 11.30 hours in the chamber of the Postmaster General. Items being procured: - Renovation of buildings (various locations) - Repair and maintenance of civil works - Electrical works (installation, repair, maintenance) - Sanitation works (plumbing, drainage, cleaning) Applicants must submit the following documents: application on letterhead, photocopy of CNIC, valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27, bank statement for the last three years, NTN and evidence of income tax deduction certificate for the last three years, copy of partnership deed (if applicable), list of similar works completed in the last five years, work orders for similar government department assignments, and an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting from any government department. Contractors are also required to submit a Pay Order or Deposit Receipt of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) as the application fee, deposited at any Post Office in the name of the Postmaster General Southern Punjab Multan. Only those firms meeting the eligibility criteria and submitting complete documentation will be considered for pre-qualification. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all supporting documents, especially the PEC registration and bank statements, are up to date and clearly scanned before uploading to the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification due to incomplete submissions.
