Construction of New Roads and Improvement/Rehab of Various Roads and Bridges at Jamrud, Bara and Landikotal

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for construction and improvement works at Jamrud, Bara and Landikotal. Items being procured: - Construction of new roads at Sub Division Bara ADP No. 2228/261207 (2026-27) including 41 packages (PKG-1 to PKG-41) with various PEC categories C-3 to C-5 and bid securities ranging from PKR 649,000 to PKR 10,273,400. - Improvement, rehabilitation and construction of various roads and bridges in Jamrud, Bara and Landikotal (2026-27) including 18 packages (PKG-1 to PKG-18) with PEC categories C-3 and C-4 and bid securities ranging from PKR 1,440,000 to PKR 6,340,000. The scope covers civil works for road construction, improvement, and bridge works in the specified districts. Bidders must be enlisted with the C&W Department and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the required category for each package. Firms must also have valid FBR registration and be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) under the Finance Act, 2013 Act No. XXI of 2013. Bidding documents and instructions can be downloaded from the official EPADS website and C&W websites (www.cwd.gkp.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk). Original Call Deposit Receipts (CDRs) for bid security from scheduled banks, stamp duty, and bid entry fee @0.03% of the estimated cost are mandatory and must reach the office before the closing date/time. Electronic bidding will be conducted on an Above/Below system based on the BOQ/Engineer's estimate. The last date and time for submission of bids via EPADS is **22/09/2026 till 12:00 Noon**. Bids will be valid for 90 days. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer Highway Division District Khyber at Jamrud. Contractors with unsatisfactory past performance will be considered non-responsive.
