Construction of Northern Section of Ring Road (Missing Link) from Warsak Road to Nasir Bagh Road (KM 5+000 to KM 13+700) Remaining Components (Phase-II)

Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites bids through EPADS from eligible contractors/firms registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014 on Single Stage Two Envelope system under Rule 14(2)(b) with Engineer cost estimates for the year 2026. The works involve construction of the northern section of the Ring Road (Missing Link) from Warsak Road to Nasir Bagh Road covering KM 5+000 to KM 13+700 in Peshawar. The project is divided into two packages: Items being procured: - Package-II: Construction of Left-over portion of Service Roads and Structures (KM 5+000 to KM 9+350) with estimated cost Rs. 1649.281 Million - Package-IV: Construction of Left Over Service Roads and other associated Works (from RD 9+350 to 13+700) with estimated cost Rs. 1457.388 Million The scope includes civil construction works as per detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with KPRA, FBR, and KP Revenue Authority and have relevant PEC categories C-1 & Above. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost and a bid document fee of Rs. 5000/- are required. Bidders must upload technical and financial bids on EPADS before the deadline. The submission deadline is 20th October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day. The PDA office is located at Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar.
