Construction of Northern Section of Ring Road (Missing Link) from Warsak Road to Nasir Bagh Road - Phase II

Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites bids through EPADS from eligible contractors/firms for the construction of the northern section of the Ring Road (Missing Link) from Warsak Road to Nasir Bagh Road (KM 5+000 to KM 13+700) Phase II in Peshawar. The procurement follows the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014 under the Single Stage Two Envelope system. Items being procured: - Package-II: Construction of Left-over portion of Service Roads and Structures (KM 5+000 to KM 9+350) - Package-IV: Construction of Left Over Service Roads and other associated Works (from RD 9+350 to 13+700) The technical scope includes civil works for service roads and associated structures along the specified section of the Ring Road. The estimated costs are Rs. 1,649.281 Million for Package-II and Rs. 1,457.388 Million for Package-IV. Bidders must be registered with e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-2027, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and PDA Provincial Enlistment Committee KP. The required PEC category is C-1 & Above. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 13-10-2026 at 11:30 am at the office of Director Projects, PDA. The submission deadline is 20-10-2026 by 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS, and original bid security and tender fees must be physically submitted to the PDA office before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
