The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for multiple construction works under the Hydro Power Generating Districts Development Projects excluding Haripur and Swabi, located in Malakand Division. The projects cover various civil works including street construction, RCC slab culverts, protection walls, earth cutting, slip removal, street pavements, drains, boundary walls, and rehabilitation of culverts across different locations in Malakand District. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have a valid ATL status. Bid security and tender fees are specified per work. The bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system by 16-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening at 12:30 PM the same day. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA procurement rules. Bid documents and instructions can be downloaded from the C&W website www.cwd.gkp.pk. Contractors must upload complete BOQs with quoted rates. Bids quoting rates more than 20% below the engineer's estimate require additional security. Tender fees must be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt separately. No Pay Order or Bank Draft is acceptable. The lowest three electronic bidders' bid securities will be retained until approval. Electronic bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Malakand.
