Tender Description
District Council Nankana Sahib invites sealed bids through Punjab E-Procurement System from contractors registered for the current Financial Year 2026-27 on Punjab e-Procurement System. Firms must have a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License for the respective category for the year 2026-27 and comply with Government of Punjab financial directions for 2026-27. The bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to all eligible bidders.
Items being procured:
- Construction of Nullah, Culvert at Village Chak Wattowan, District Nankana Sahib
The scope includes construction works at the specified village site in Nankana Sahib district. Bidders must submit separate bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bids must be prepared as per instructions in the procurement documents and submitted online before 10:00 AM PST on 08-09-2026. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM PST the same day in the office of District Council Nankana Sahib.
Performance Guarantee as per rules is required and must be uploaded as scanned copy of Bid Security on Punjab e-Procurement. Incomplete or wrongly filled bids will be rejected. Contractors must avoid fake or forged documents to prevent disqualification. The lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security if quoted rates are below 5% of estimated cost. Completion time for works is 45 days after issuance of work order, with penalties for delay as per bidding documents.
Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money of 5% of estimated cost (Rs. 100900). Bidders should carefully quote item rates and grand total to avoid disqualification.
Submission is through Punjab e-Procurement System only. The office of District Council Nankana Sahib is the venue for bid opening.
