Construction of Office Complex, Category-II and Category-IV Residence at Shami Road Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope System as per KP Public Procurement Rules 2014 for the construction of an Office Complex along with Category-II and Category-IV residences located at Shami Road, Peshawar. This tender is open to PEC registered contractors/firms with specialized codes as per BSD for the financial year 2025-26, having sufficient experience in similar works. Items being procured: - Construction of Office Complex - Category-II residence - Category-IV residence at Shami Road, Peshawar The scope includes full construction works as per the BOQ and engineer's cost estimate. Bidders must be registered with KPRA and PEC, and must submit a 2% bid security/earnest money. Original CDR and affidavit regarding 2% CDR must be sealed and submitted in separate envelopes marked accordingly. Bids must be submitted and uploaded through the EPADS portal before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened publicly on 26th October 2026 at 11:30 am at the Forest Complex Shami Road, Peshawar. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later after evaluation. A non-refundable fee of PKR 5000/- is payable to the Deputy Chief Conservator of Forest Peshawar. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16th October 2026 at 3:00 pm at the Forest Complex conference room. Subcontracting is not allowed. Bids must be signed and stamped by authorized persons. All applicable taxes including KPRA taxes will be recoverable as per government directives. Any manipulation or overwriting in the tender documents will lead to rejection. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders with reasons communicated upon request.
