The Military Engineer Services invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms by Garrison Engineer (Army) Rwp-II for issuance of tenders related to construction, repair, maintenance, provision, and bazar supply of TC/DC of miscellaneous buildings within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of GE (Army) Rwp-II in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Construction works - Repair works - Maintenance works - Provision works - Bazar supply of TC/DC of miscellaneous buildings The contractor must submit complete credentials and demonstrate sufficient experience in the relevant field. Only scrutinized contractors will be issued tenders. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C, D & E may apply. Firms not on the approved list must provide certificates detailing work executed in the last two years along with departmental performance reports. Tender documents must be received by 11:30 hrs on 30 Oct 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 hrs on the same date. Interested parties may contact the office of Garrison Engineer (Army) Rwp-II from 0800 to 1500 hours on all working days for further details. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33 (1) of PPRA Rules. Bidders should ensure their applications include all required documentation and certificates, including a declaration of no litigation with government departments. Presence at tender opening is allowed. Earnest money and other bid security requirements should be prepared as per tender documents.
