Construction of Orphan Home in Umerkot by Save The Lives Foundation (STLF)

Save The Lives Foundation (STLF), a non-profit organization working across Sindh with its Head Office in Umerkot, invites sealed bids from qualified and legally registered construction companies and contractors for the construction of an Orphan Home in Umerkot. Items being procured: - Construction of Orphan Home in Umerkot (Qty: 01) The project requires bidders with a minimum of three years relevant general construction experience and proven track record in similar projects executed within the last three years. Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and code is mandatory. Bidders must also have valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (NTN/Income Tax) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB/Sales Tax) with active taxpayer status. A detailed company profile including financial capacity (bank statement/turnover) and verifiable client references must be provided. Bid Security equivalent to 1% of the total bid price is required in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to Save The Lives Foundation. An affidavit on stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous body is also required. Complete bidding documents can be obtained via email at procurement@stlf.org.pk or physically from the STLF office near Bright Future Public College, Afghan Mohalla, Umerkot during office hours (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) from September 30, 2026 to October 14, 2026. Duly filled, signed, and stamped sealed bids must be delivered to the same address on or before October 15, 2026 by 01:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected without consideration. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM. Bidders are advised to ensure completeness and compliance with all terms and conditions as conditional or unsigned bids will not be entertained. Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening. Save The Lives Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with its internal policies and relevant SPPRA rules.
