Repair and Maintenance Works of Cantt Fund Buildings, Roads, Drains, Water Supply, Public Improvement, Dispensary, and School Buildings in Malir Cantt

Cantonment Board Malir Cantt invites sealed bids through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) from contractors/firms having valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27 and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The procurement will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules, 2004 (amended). Items being procured: - Repair/Maintenance of Cantt Fund Buildings (Estimated Cost: 90.000 Million) - Repair/Patch works of Roads in Cantt Area (Estimated Cost: 60.000 Million) - Repair/Maintenance of Drains/Sewerage lines (Estimated Cost: 45.000 Million) - Repair/Maintenance of Water Supply in Cantt Area (Estimated Cost: 23.000 Million) - Repair/Maintenance of Miscellaneous Public Improvement works in Cantt Area (Estimated Cost: 276.000 Million) - Repair/Maintenance of Cantt Board Dispensary/Cantt General Hospital (Estimated Cost: 3.000 Million) - Repair/Maintenance of CB School/College Buildings Malir Cantt (Estimated Cost: 3.000 Million) The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance works covering buildings, roads, drainage, water supply, and public improvement projects within Malir Cantt. Contractors must be registered with PEC and listed on FBR's ATL. A 2% earnest money/bid security of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Cantonment Board Malir. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 14-10-2026 at 02:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened later after technical evaluation. Financial proposals of non-responsive bidders will not be opened. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration category matches the work scope and your FBR ATL status is active before submitting bids to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully follow the Single Stage Two Envelope submission procedure on EPADS to ensure your bid is accepted.
