Construction of PCC Road with PWD Rest House (LA-7) Tehsil & District Bhimber AJK

The Public Works Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Highways Division Bhimber, invites electronic bids under the Single Stage Single Envelope E-Bidding System for the construction of PCC Road with PWD Rest House (LA-7) located in Tehsil and District Bhimber AJK. This tender is funded through the Normal Budget of the Government of AJ&K for the fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 1,998,073 with a bid security of Rs. 60,000. The completion period for the project is 6 months. Bidders must obtain username and login details from the IT Section, Office of the Chief Engineer Highways Muzaffarabad. Bidding documents and instructions are available on the contractor's dashboard. Bidders are required to upload a scanned copy of the bank receipt as proof of bid security deposit in the Divisional Joint Account at National Bank of Pakistan Main Branch Bhimber and Bank of AJK Bhimber Branch. Electronic bidding will be conducted on a percentage basis (Above/Below/At par) with only two digits after the decimal point considered for evaluation. Hard copies of original bank receipts and bidding documents must be submitted to the Executive Engineer Highways Division Bhimber within 48 hours after bid opening. Failure to submit required hard copies within 48 hours will result in disqualification. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Clause 33 of AJK PPRA Rules.
