Up-Gradation of Civil Work at Hospital Zarhgun Khel to Hospital Darra Adam Khel Kohat and Up-lifting/Beautification Activities in Southern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Communication and Work Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with PEC for important civil works and beautification projects in Kohat and the Southern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the KPPRA procurement rules 2014 under a single stage two envelope procedure via the E-PADS system. Items being procured include: - Up-Gradation of Civil Work at Hospital Zarhgun Khel to C-3 & Type-D Hospital Darra Adam Khel Kohat - Beautification of Shakardara Bazar Police Station to Eidgah Road including Signboards, cate eyes, center median and PCC (0.45 KMs) - Rehabilitation of Kohat University Road including Cate Eyes, Sign Boards - Beautification of Kharoot Abad Road in front of Police Station Jerma including Cate Eyes, Sign Boards, Center Median, Green Belts (0.78 KM) - Construction of Road near Kohat Jail (0.44 KM) - Construction of Green Belt and Drains at Deri Banda Bazar Road The scope covers civil construction and beautification works including road rehabilitation, installation of street lights, green belts, and signage. Bidders must be registered with PEC and KPRA, active taxpayers, and submit original bid securities and documents as per KPPRA notification. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on the EPADS portal, while original bid securities must be couriered to the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Kohat office 2-3 days before closing. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled on 05-10-2026 for the hospital work and 12-10-2026 for the beautification activities. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bids. Contractors with unsatisfactory past performance or blacklisted status are ineligible. Bidders are advised to visit the site to understand conditions and logistics. Earnest money and bid security requirements are strictly enforced. The submission deadline is 15-10-2026 at 12:00 PM with technical bid opening at 12:30 PM. Financial bid opening dates will be announced after technical evaluation.
