Construction of PCC Streets, Drains and Allied Works in Various UCs of Chakwal District

The Local Government & Community Development Department invites tenders on item wise rates for construction works of PCC streets, drains and allied works in multiple Union Councils of Chakwal District. The works include construction of PCC streets, drains, retaining walls, and allied infrastructure in various UCs such as Siral, Chak Umra, Kial, Jaswal, Kotha Abdal, Choa Sadan, Kallar Kahar, Chak Malook, Padshahan, Jand Awan, and Dhok Feroze Chakwal City. Bidders must be registered on Punjab E-procurement portal and PPRA website and submit bids electronically. No telephonic or conditional tenders will be entertained. Earnest money as specified for each scheme must be submitted. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount. The works will be supervised by the Assistant Engineer LG&CDD Civil Sub Division Chakwal. Contractors must ensure payment of all applicable taxes as per government rules. Current PPRA rules will be strictly applied and any violation will lead to rejection of the bid. The tender opening will be held on 17.10.2026 at 03:00 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CDD Civil Sub Division Chakwal in presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure timely submission through the Punjab E-procurement system.
